Returns and refunds

Changed your mind?

Email returns@buzzbasket.store within 14 days of delivery with your order number. You then have 14 days to send it back. We'll give you the return address.

• You pay return postage.
• Items must be unused and in their original packaging. If not, we may reduce your refund.
• Sealed hygiene items can't be returned once opened.
• We refund within 14 days of getting the item back, or proof of postage.

Faulty, damaged or wrong?

Email returns@buzzbasket.store with your order number and a photo. We'll sort it and pay any return postage.

Your statutory rights under UK law are not affected.
