Delivery

We offer free UK delivery on qualifying orders.*

*Free delivery applies to the vast majority of our range. A small number of items don't qualify — for example, oversized or heavy products, items with shipping costs we're unable to absorb, or occasional items sourced from outside our usual UK warehouses. Where this applies, the delivery cost is shown clearly at checkout before you pay — you'll never be charged unexpectedly.

Dispatch and delivery times

Orders are processed within 1–2 working days. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 3–5 working days.

These are estimates rather than guarantees. If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of dispatch, contact us at hello@buzzbasket.store and we'll either replace it or refund you in full.

Tracking

You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order is dispatched. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to start updating.

Orders with several items

Items in the same order may occasionally arrive separately and on different days. You won't be charged any extra delivery for this.

Incorrect addresses

Please double-check your address at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or nobody was available, we'll happily resend it once you've covered the postage again.
