Delivery

We ship worldwide from the UK. Delivery is free on all UK orders over £40.

United Kingdom

Europe and the rest of the world

International delivery is calculated at checkout based on the size of your order. Europe starts at £7.99 and the rest of the world at £11.99.

Dispatch and delivery times

Orders are processed within 1–2 working days. Once dispatched:

• UK standard: typically 5–9 working days
• UK express: typically 2–4 working days
• Europe: typically 8–14 working days
• Rest of world: typically 10–18 working days

These are estimates rather than guarantees. If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of dispatch, contact us at hello@buzzbasket.store and we'll either replace it or refund you in full.

Tracking

You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order is dispatched. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to start updating.

Orders with several items

Items in the same order may occasionally arrive separately and on different days. You won't be charged any extra delivery for this.

Customs and import charges

Orders to the EU and the rest of the world may attract import duties or taxes on arrival, set by your own country. These aren't included in what you pay us and are the responsibility of the recipient. We're required to declare the full value of goods on customs paperwork.

Incorrect addresses

Please double-check your address at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or nobody was available, we'll happily resend it once you've covered the postage again.
