Terms of service
Terms of Service
These terms apply to your use of buzzbasket.store and to any order you place with us. By placing an order you agree to them. Buzzbasket is a business based in the United Kingdom, contactable at hello@buzzbasket.store.
Placing an order
Adding items to your basket and paying is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we email you to confirm your order has been dispatched. If we can't fulfil an order — because an item is out of stock, or a price or description was wrong — we'll tell you and refund you in full.
Prices and payment
Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Delivery is charged separately and shown before you pay. We may change prices at any time, but changes won't affect an order we've already accepted. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we're not obliged to sell it at that price.
Product descriptions and images
We describe our products as accurately as we can. Photographs and illustrations are for guidance — colours can vary between screens, and minor variations in finish or packaging are possible.
Age restrictions
Some products carry a minimum age. You must be 18 or over to place an order.
Using our products
Our products are intended for ordinary domestic use, as described on the product page. Wellness and massage products are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any condition. Follow the instructions supplied with your product.
Intellectual property
The content of this website — text, images, layout and branding — belongs to us or is used with permission, and may not be reproduced commercially without our consent.
Our liability
Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited — including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Beyond that, we're not liable for losses that weren't reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made.
If something goes wrong
Please email hello@buzzbasket.store first — we'd much rather fix it directly. If we can't reach an agreement, you can pursue the matter through the UK courts, and these terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version published when you place your order is the version that applies to it.
